FROG & HENRY – What a band this is and what a great privilege to be able to listen to their musicianship on their various instruments

FH Henry (guitar) – Ewan Bleach (reeds) – David Neigh (tuba machine & banjo) – Laurin Habert  (reeds) – Coleman Akin (violin)

There just aren’t enough words to describe how brilliant this band is and our evening spent in their company was superb for entertainment as well as their musicianship. They all perform so well together and involved the audience – they even had us all singing along to one tune!
Their repertoire of jazz music from the early 1900’s was interesting and they played many tunes during the two sets – some we knew and some we hadn’t heard before but the history of the tunes all so well explained by Ewan

Just a few favourites listed here: Song of the Wanderer, Shreveport Stomp, My Little Dixie Home, Bouncing Around, In My Little Red Book, By the River St Marie, Sweetheart of Chi, Bright Star Blues and the best of all was Imagination – all blew me away!

If you see this band while they are still on their UK tour, travel to see them no matter how far, because you will not be disappointed just amazed – they are brilliant
